I asked my wife and she said they are Prana Halle (http://www.rei.com/product/827497/prana-halle-pants-womens). Pricey, but she loves them and they look like new after several years of hiking and travel. Hope that helps.

Side question. My wife could use some new hiking pants and I think she’d like the look of the ones your wife is wearing in the last picture. Do you know what kind those are?
