Those dead calm conditions look tough, and you did well to raise a fish to a dry in that flat calm! WE have been having success lately on a dry dropper in conditions like that with a small flashback GRHE or a chironomid pattern on the point, but I prefer some chop on the water for sure.

Right on. There were some guys fishing those deep slip indicators. My other fish came on slow stripped buggers on an intermediate line. It’s a pretty awesome little lake. I’m looking forward to getting back up there. Hope all is well and you’re getting out fishing.

Fished Becker once and we did well with chironomids under indicators and damsels slow stripped around the weeds. Caught nothing but footballs that day 🙂
