In the morning, pan fry them like sausage patties. Have them with your favorite eggs, hash browns and toast. And good coffee of course. Best way I’ve tried.

I have used quite a few of the quail feathers and been happy with the results. I am hoping to get out after some ducks this winter. It would be nice to use some off of those.
