Bryan. Thanks man. They’re pretty good. As with most game animals it’s all about how quick/clean you field dress them and skin them. I like to put them in green chili.

Hours of geese flying over in the morning and evening, deer in the brush and bass in the reeds. Have wanted to go back and see what it is like now. Nice country for sure.
